Returns Policy

At Premier Pet Store your satisfaction is very important to us -therefore we provide you with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Please read the policy details below for more information:

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Within the first 30 days of your date of shipment, you can return the product for any reason. Please fill out the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Form and choose the "Return" option. We will refund your credit card the purchase price less the shipping and handling charges.

If your item is defective during the first 30 days after purchase: Please complete a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Form and choose the "Exchange" option. Once you return the defective item to us we will send you a replacement item at our expense - there is no restocking fee in case of product exchange.

After 30 days, defective items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service or replacement. Do not return products to the shipper or Premier Pet Store.

For all non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items that were shipped to customer with "free shipping" will have the shipping and handling fee deducted from the refund. Items must be in "as new" condition and in the original packaging, or they to be eligible for a refund otherwise, additional fees may apply.
