Premier Pet Store ships most of our orders via UPS. You have the option of choosing what method of UPS shipping you desire at checkout. If you choose UPS ground shipping, your order may take between 2 to 8 days depending on your location. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as days in transit. Premier Pet Store reserves the right to ship with any carrier without notice. Note: We can only ship products using our own shipping account.
Please allow additional time for international orders because we only ship our international orders out once a week. Therefore, it can take up to 4-6 days for your order to ship. International orders are shipped United States Postal Service Air. All import taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer, we cannot put false values or "gift" on international shipments. Make sure the item is legal for import and allowed in your country BEFORE you order, any item(s) seized by customs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. If customs refuses entry of your item and it is returned to us, you the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred. We can only ship using our own shipping account. All international orders display a shipping line item inclusive of both shipping and handling fees.
Tracking Your Order
Premier Pet Store offers all customers the ability to track their package online. Simply log into your account at the "Order Status" option at the top of our web site and log in. Open the order that you desire to track and click on the tracking number. You will automatically be forwarded to the UPS web site and the status of your order will be displayed.
My Order Is Over $75 - Why Am I Being Charged Shipping?
The $75 free shipping only applies when all the items are shipped from the same warehouse, some of your items may be shipping from multiple warehouses.
