Height of "Rise":
The standard rise on this model is 4 inches high. (The "rise" is the portion of the pet door that your pet must step over to go in and out.) Custom rise heights of 2, 6 or 8 inches are available for an additional charge.

Please measure your pet before ordering! The most common reason for pet door returns is due to incorrect sizing. The width of the pet flap must be greater than the width of your pet across the shoulders. Please contact customer service if you have any questions on how to properly measure your pet.
